Aim to lose weight slowly by increasing the amount of exercise you get and reducing the number of calories you eat.
6. Get diagnosed
Regular colon cancer screening should begin at age 50 for people at average risk of colon cancer. Getting diagnosed isn’t bad for make sure that you’re okay.
