5 Signs of Unhealthy Heart



The heart is one of the vital organs that can affect other parts of body.

1. Neck Pain
If you often get pain in your neck area as like being pulled, you have to start to think about this. Patients who have suffered heart attack were only aware that it was caused by muscle tense. 3. Dizzy, shortness of breath, or fainting
Some people might experience shortness of breath, dizziness, or even fainting in the middle of doing such an ordinary things like walking or cleaning the house. This condition occurs because the blood which went through the arteries and bring oxygen to the heart was insufficient. Plaques that accumulate will make the heart difficult to get enough oxygen, so sometimes a person feels sick when they had to draw a deep breath.

4. Pain in the jaw and ear
Jaw pain is a mysterious sign, but sometimes it can also be an indication of coronary heart disease and heart attacks. The pain that comes along the jaw to the ear and hard to find out where the pain is coming from. This condition occurs due to heart tissue sends signals to the spinal cord to affect the nerves along the jaw to ear. The pain that appears are different with pain by toothache. It’s more diffuse and sometimes affecting the shoulders and arms, especially on the left.

5. Indigestion, nausea or pain in abdomen
Nausea and indigestion could be an early sign of heart attack, especially in women. In one study, women are likely get this kind of sign compare to men. This condition occurs due to blockage of fat in the arteries reduces the blood supply to the heart that normally occur in the chest, but sometimes it can arise in stomach. It depends on which part of the heart is broken, so it sends the pain signals in the lower part of body.
