Hypoallergenic Superfoods to Stop Your Food Allergies

Food allergies are not indiscriminate, famous people in the world also has food allergies. Your body might be overreact to some kind of food which called as food allergies, which have the symptoms like hives, swelling, itching, or trouble breathing. Some foods that cause food allergies (allergens) are eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanut, tree nuts, fish, shrimp, or seashells. To relieve the symptoms you can take this treatment, consider lifestyle changing,  or this natural remedies.

While those food can cause food allergies, some others are more hypoallergenic. Some of this hypoallergenic foods are apples, quinoa, lentils, etc. Try this lower risk alternatives instead of eating allergens:

Apples
Apples contains vitamin C, soluble fiber, potassium, and also quercetin which can help to reduce allergy symptoms.

Cruciferous vegetables

Lentils
Lentils are packed with iron, protein, focilc acid, and fiber. If you are allergic to peanuts, you have a 5% chance of having an allergic reaction to other legumes such as lentils.

Sweet Potato
Packed with carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, fibers, and vitamin B6, sweet potato can reduce inflammation. Moreover, they are rich in carbohydrates and fiber.

Avocado
Avocado is a source of good fat. It is also a natural anti-inflammatory because of its B6 and potassium content. Avocado can act as blood sugar stabilizer and liver cleanser. But beware, if you are allergic to melon, you may have a reaction to avocado.

Rice Milk
Though rice mils is low in protein, it is a popular alternative for those who avoid cow’s milk. It is also a standard hypoallergenic foods.
