Insomnia is a very common condition in which a person isn’t getting enough sleep or is getting poor quality of sleep. It can be classified as transient (short term), acute, chronic (constant) and Fatal familial insomnia.
Doctors associate a variety of symptoms intertwine with those of other medical or mental conditions. Some people with insomnia may complain of diffuculty falling asleep or waking up frequently during the night. There are some of which may cause insomnia. Each person experiences insomnia differently. People with insomnia may:

3. Feel tired when wake up cause sleep for only short periods

8. Irritability and impired social interaction
9. Motor vehicle accidents because of fatigue, sleep-deprived drivers.
Many people with insomnia do not complain of daytime sleepiness. But in fact, they may have difficulty falling asleep during intentional daytime naps.
Insomnia is not defined by the number of hours of sleep a person gets or how long it takes to fall asleep. Individuals vary normally in their need for and their satisfaction with sleep. Insomnia may cause problems during the day and there are some symptoms of insomnia. You can do some preventions avoid insomnia and treatment for it.
