Being slim is a dream for most women, but unfortunately they tend to want instantly slim rather than doing healthy diet. But this drastic diet methods can seriously affect their body. Here are list of unhealthy diets that can get rid off extra pounds but also deprive vital nutrients from your body. Know this and avoid this:

Cabbage Soup Diet
This diet uses semi-starvation method to remove the pounds. You need to constantly consumed cabbage soup. If you do this diet, you will at risk of malnutrition and only get a very small number of calories. Its official diet site even suggest to not do this diet for more than seven days. It is also said that you may experience dizzy, body weakness, and lack of concentration during cabbage soup diet.

Grapefruit Diet
Grapefruit diet also known as the Hollywood diet. You must do this diet for 12 days and contains many food restrictions. This diet is done by eating half a grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice for each meal and reducing the calories intake, often to below 800 calories per day. The danger of this diet is you only consume a small number of calories. It also allow caffeine consumption which leads to dehydration. You also probably will not get enough iron and calcium in sufficient quantities

Apple Cider Vinegar Diet
The main goal of this diet is to cut appetite. During this diet, you must consume 45 milliliters of apple cider vinegar that can cause stomach acidity. The diet also force to limit eating and also a lot of exercise. This is not the vinegar to help you lose weight, but the decreased appetite and increase exercise.

 

The Atkins Diet
The harmful of Atkins diet is they are nutritionally unbalanced and they can leads to a high cholesterol level. The basic rule of this diet is to change metabolism and lose weight by eating high protein foods and limiting foods high in carbohydrates. Don’t get enough carb can leads to lack of fiber, which can cause constipation and other gastrointestinal problems.

All unhealthy diets above have the same risk, which is:
1. Can trigger chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, even cancer.
2. You can gain even more weight because you’ll obsessed with food after dieting.
3. You will feel fatigue and low energy because of the low calories intake.
4. Diet that have rule to cut dairy product can lead to the lack of calcium, iron, and vitamin B12.
5. Diets can leads to depression and anxiety because you deprive yourself from things that you enjoy.
