1. Add vegetables to your favorite dishes
Try to include vegetable on every dish that you love. If you love lasagna add chopped spinach or boiled broccoli on it. The choices is yours and turn the veggies that you hate into a favourite meal.
2. Turn them into salad
Onions, radishes, grated carrots, sliced cucumber, cauliflower, green beans, etc are perfect to serve as salad. The good way to include them is slicing them really thin so you won’t notice that you eat veggies.
3. Mix and match
Some vegetables are just perfect if combined with each other. For example, grill some eggplant, zucchini, and tomatoes altogether and top it with your favourite sauce.
4. Serve them raw with a tasty home dip
Raw vegetables have a milder and crisp taste. Serve them with onion dip or make a simple tomato puree.
5. Sneak them into your evening snack
Include tomato, sprouts, shredded cabbage, or sliced zucchini into your sandwiches.
6. Drink the vegetables
If you don’t like to see their texture, you better juice them and you will have your own healthy juice.
7. Grill them
Grill mushroom, zucchini, or eggplant and add a sprinkle of your favorite flavoring. Brush them with olive oil before grilling.
