1. Foods that can dries mouth
Alcohol is the most common drying agent. And you can find alcohol on beer, wine, and even in many mouthwashes you can find in store. These drying agents can cause a bad breath even worse. Cigarettes is also the other cause of dry mouth. So if you want to have a fresher breath, quit smoking now.
2. High protein foods
High protein foods, in this case is dairy product, is also causes bad breath. This dense protein content is a “fuel” for bacteria on your mouth. Because this protein can build up into amino acids which breaks up into volatile sulfur compound by bacteria on the surface of your tongue and throat.
