Chocolate is an incredible food that has many benefit to your health. Even, Dr. Oz put it on his favorite foods list. And here are some reason why you have to include chocolate as your healthy indulgence as quoted from Health:

1. Heart helper
Journal of Nutrition founds that people who ate dark chocolate had less protein that indicates inflammation which can leads to heart attack.

2. Mood booster
Chocolate is packed with tryptophan, which can increase serotonin hormone in the brain. Serotonin is a hormone that controls your mood. The taste, texture, and smell of chocolate even makes us happy.

3. Skin soother
Lactic acid from chocolate milk and also the antioxidants can smooth and soften your skin. To make a home chocolate spa you can combine 2 cups chocolate milk, 2 tablespoon mild liquid soap, and  1 tablespoon oh honey. Pour it onto your bathtub and sink yourself in it.

4. Craving buster
A study in University of Copenhagen found that people felt fuller and craved fewer sweet, salty, and fatty foods when they crave chocolate. And choose a dark chocolate since it is low in glycemic index, which keeps blood sugar level.
