A study that conducted by University of Rhode Island founds that drizzling maple syrup on your oatmeal may prevent inflammatory diseases such as cancer, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer’s. It is because maple syrup contains polyphenols, a form of antioxidants. To boos the antioxidants power, you could add some blueberries on your maple-drizzled oatmeal.

2. Youth booster
Its antioxidants content can repair your skin from environmental and free radical damage. You can create do-it-yourself facial scrub to fight fine lines:
1. Mix 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 3 tablespoon finely ground oats, and 1 tablespoon of warm milk. Stir until blended.
