An Australian study have found that exercise is not only good for men’s heart health but also for their sexual health. The study shows strong link between a lack of physical activity and erectile disfunction and a perception of the lack of testosterone.
It also found that diabetes and cardiovascular disease is linked to erectile dysfunction. And high blood pressure is linked to lower urinary tract symptoms and androgen deficiency. this conclusion is made after they examined links between lifestyle and sexual health in men with age over 40. They suggested that men should maintain their fitness and remaining active even in old age.
