A new study claims that two glasses of milk a day after weight-lifting helps tone muscles and keep fat off in women. Resistance training has many health benefits such as boost strength, bones, muscular, and metabolic health.
Milk itself increases muscle mass and fat loss in men. The fat loss may be caused by the combination of calcium, high-quality protein, and vitamin D that milk has. Resistance training is consist of pushing (bench press and chest fly), pulling (seated lateral pull down, abdominal exercises without weight) and leg exercises (legg press and seated two-leg harmstring curl).
The study founds that women who drank milk almost gained no weight because what they gained in lean muscle balanced out with a loss in fat. Moreover, regular weightlifting exercise and milk consumption work to substantially improve woman’s body composition and health.
