Pepper is one spices that gives you many health benefits. It can calm your cold, detox your skin, and even helps to fight cancer, especially breast cancer. It is because pepper contains piperine that may be able to prevents breast cancer tumor from developing. And you could boost the cancer fighter by combining it with turmeric. So what other pepper benefits for life?

1. Laundry aid
Pepper can help to prevents your clothes from fading. Pepper may keep your clothes color vibrant longer. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of pepper per load along with detergent into your washing machine and starts the wash cycle. The pepper will drain away with water.

2. Skin scrub
Pepper can promote your skin to be smoother and clearer complexion. It can stimulates your blood circulation to deliver more oxygen and nutrients to the surface of your skin. The grains will also helps to remove dead skin cells. To make a clarifying home scrub:
1. Mix 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup unscented message oil, 6 drops orange essential oil, and a pinch of ground pepper. Stir it together with a spoon.
2. Scrub the mixture onto wet skin and wash it off.

3. Cold tamer
Pepper can act as natural decongestant. It has effect to thinner and more watery mucus that easier for you to clear it. To make a cold reliever food just add a few pinches of pepper to a bowl of chicken soup.

4. Color cues
There are four color of peppers out there: black, white, red, and green. Black pepper is hot and pungent, white pepper is hot but less aromatic, while green pepper has a fresher flavour. They all have the same benefits and you just need to pick one that suitable with your dishes.
