Symptoms Of Early Pregnancy

You can recognize your early pregnancy by examine the signs and symptoms that you may have during pregnancy.
The signs and symptoms of pregnancy are always the same for all women. But it may varies for every pregnancy. For example, during one pregnancy, you may experience incredible breast pain or nausea, while during another pregnancy you might not experience these symptoms at all.

The common signs and symptoms of early pregnancy are:

1. Swollen, tender, or sore breasts and/ or nipples
This is the first physical sign of pregnancy. And the reason why this happens is that your breasts are about to prepare for the breastfeeding.

2. Fatigue or unusual tiredness
It happens because of several reasons:
– Your heart will be pumping harder and faster because the blood flow will increase, it is necessary to bring the nutrition to your growing fetus.
– The increase of progesterone production, this hormon causes sleepiness and natural depressant.
– Emotional extreme experienced during pregnancy. This also because of the hormonal fluctuation.

3. Your period is late
This is usually the first sign of pregnancy, but it also be caused by amenorrhea or the absence of menstruation. So pregnancy test is needed to prove that you are really pregnant.

4. Light bleeding or cramping
Light bleeding is caused by the implatation of fertilized egg into the uterine lining after 10 or 14 days after conception. The bleeding is very small, it can be a size of a pinhead left on your panties.
Cramp is similar to your menstrual cramp. And this happens because your uterus begins to expand to make e room for your baby to develop.

5. Morning sickness
Most woman experience morning sickness in between weeks 4 to 8 during pregnancy. And the symptoms begins after 2 weeks of conception. But actually it is not only happens in the morning, you might feel it in the day or night. The reason why this happens is because of the vast increase in estrogen.

Things that trigger morning sickness is odor and food. The smell of food, perfume, smoke, and other household odor can cause you to nausea and vomiting. And the food that can trigger morning sickness is coffee, meat, dairy product, and spicy foods. But the morning sickness cause could be different for each women.

6. Running to the bathroom
The growing uterus causes you to feel that you need to urinate. The most common time of intens urination is during first and third trimester of pregnancy.

The signs and symptoms that can also occur are:
1. Headache
This also caused by the increasing of your hormone level.

2. Mood swing
You may cry for something that is unclear, but this is very normal reaction for a pregnant woman.

3. Weak, faint, or dizzy
This is caused by the circulatory system as dilation of the blood vessels occur and also the low level of blood sugar in early pregnancy.

4. The increase of Basal Body Temperature (BBT)
Your basal body temperature is the temperature that you have immediately after you wake up in the morning. This temperature normally increases during ovulation and decreases when menstruation. You can also use BBT to prevent pregnancy or when trying to get pregnant.

5. Constipation
This is because your digestion will be slower during pregnancy due to increase the progesterone production.

But if all of the signs and symptoms occurs, it doesn’t always means that you are pregnant. Perhaps that’s just because you are sick or your period is about to begin. So the best way to know that you are pregnant is by using a home pregnancy test or consult with your doctor.
